- In 1995 Petra von der Heide (“Diplom” in business administration) founds the company
- Initial focus on start-up businesses
- Since 1996 ongoing administration of the founded small and medium-sized businesses, secretarial work, contract management, financial and payroll accounting
- In 1997 considerable increase in the number of mandates, increased necessity of conceptional consulting (business development, investment planning, financial consultancy)
- Since 1998 project management, structure development, reorganisation, initiation of cooperations
- Since 1999 expansion of project management activities to an European and international level, pooling of different areas of interest
- In 2001 conversion of the company into a GmbH (German limited liability company)
- Also in 2001, outsourcing of the growing international division and foundation of the VDH Global Consult GmbH
- At the same time, transferral of financial and payroll accounting activities to ST Treuhand Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH Leipzig (tax consultancy), cooperation in all tax relevant areas of consultancy
- In the following years, increasing development of the key competences administration as well as economic and business consultancy, expansion of the division project and financial controlling
- In 2008 restructuring of the management, comprehensive restructuring of the divisions day-to-day business and marketing
